PRACTICE DESCRIPTION:

Mr. Wittwer's primary practice areas include analysis and litigation of complex insurance coverage issues and claims of bad faith. Mr. Wittwer handles issues dealing with both personal and commercial lines. His practice also includes complex tort litigation.
